The first thing I want to highlight and commend is the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. But most importantly, what touched me the most during my stay here was the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the reception staff. They have a 24-hour reception service. There’s also a rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the lake

I had an exceptional stay in this hotel in Hanoi! The apartment was top notch - brand new, spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities you'd need, plus a nice view. The girl at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful and made check-in smooth and easy. It was an excellent experience at a great price. Highly recommend it to anyone, and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks to the hotel staff for such a comfortable stay!
