Large and comfortable rooms, very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful pool area and surroundings, exquisite breakfast with huge variety of food. Our room had a stunning view on the pool & the river. Staff was very nice and helpful and helped us arrange our stay at best. Hoi An city center is 25 min walk, but it is a lovely and peaceful stroll along the river. Otherwise, free bikes are available for borrowing. Highly recommended!

Great location on the river in a quiet area but only 5 minutes’ walk from all the action in the Old Town. Wonderful, friendly, helpful, chatty, interested staff - Min, May, Rose and the rest of their colleagues. Very nice rooms and very good breakfast.

Quite unusual in a very good way. It was so fun to explore with gasps behind every door. The view from our window over the rice fields was ever changing.
Pool was lovely and very clean.
The staff were REALLY a highlight. Could not compliment our young lady on front desk ( Vinh?) enough and Trung in restaurant was exceptional. Another delightful man looked after us in the outdoor patio area one night.
We took many, many photos.
