The hotel has an amazing peaceful location, surrounded by nature but still on walk or cycle distance from Hoi An old town. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and spacious. The balcony and the swimming pool area are great places to enjoy the sun and relax. The staff is very helpful with booking trips and transport and they are all very friendly. Special thanks to Nee for her support during our stay.

Fantastic breakfast, well above what you would expect for a free hotel breakfast anywhere. Staff spoke good English and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were comfortable.

Laid back location by the river, but yet close to the old quarters (15 min walk). Free bikes are provided and the staffs are the most friendliest! Loved my stay!

We actually liked just about everything. Our host was very helpful and attentive, always had time to help us, answer any question we might have had, in person and via WhatsApp. And it was all done with a smile. The place had a modern decor, room was spacious and comfortable. Nice, quiet alley with lovely river sidewalk just around the corner. Hard to fault! A+++ from us.

Great location and lovely people. Loved the pool and enjoyed the cocktails, just wish we could have stayed longer. Such a great stay. The family are wonderful people, so much so that when we accidentally mixed up our dates upon checking out making us a little late for check out not only did they not charge a late fee but happily helped us to sort cheaper transfers to our next destination and continuously confirmed there was no rush for us to leave. Great location and great breakfast. Spacious and comfortable rooms with AC and daily cleans! Would highly recommend this stay. Pool was a very nice touch too for chill days. One of our best stays throughout Vietnam :)
