Beautiful hotel, relaxing environment. Staff were really friendly and attentive and always keen to help. Lovely pool and breakfast. Free bike hire and we got a free massage for staying there. Highly recommend it and would definitely go back if in Hoi an again!

Just came back from Enso Retreat. It was the best experience our family have as all staff are kind and friendly. Special mentioned to Didi who has ensured our stay is as comfortable as we could. She has recommended a few activities for us to explore. She even gave a surprise birthday cake even though we didn't request it. The breakfast is not too bad, which has all Western and local food. The hotel shuttle bus is available to bring guests to old town or beach. Overall is a great stay and we will come back again. 5 star for the staff friendliness and kindness. As this is resort, expect mozzies, and they have provided repellent for that purpose.

Such beautiful spacious rooms and in a good location, could easily cycle into Hoi an centre in less than 10mins (bikes free from hotel). The hosts were so accommodating and let us check in early and then got up at 5am to make us breakfast before heading to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and pool was also lovely. Can’t recommend enough!

We felt very well looked after. Enjoyed the high quality food and service a lot. And had an absolute beautiful room. It was nice and quiet and the gardens were very well looked after. Special thanks to masseuse Mai for a wonderful massage and supervisor Tam for him making us feel at home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely establishment, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The property has a fresh and modern ambiance, indicating the care and attention given to its maintenance. My room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with a bed so comfortable that I instantly felt at home. The cleanliness and organization of the entire place were truly commendable. The real gem of this place, however, is the beautiful pool area, surrounded by nature, providing a serene escape. It's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet moments. The breakfast served here was not just ample but also delicious, catering to different tastes and preferences. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the warm hospitality of the owners, Paolo and Romina. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making me feel like a valued guest. I'll be back again shortly

This is such a lovely property, the host is amazing and so kind. We were able to get our washing done, room was cleaned daily and the beds were so comfortable. The property itself is lovely and it’s a pity that it only has 3 stars as it really should be 5 starts. You will need a scooter/bike to get in and out to the old town or a grab. We booked this place due to travelling for a month and really wanting somewhere quiet and comfortable to call home for 5 days. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, the host will go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable.
