The hotel and the rooms were beautifully decorated, everything was clean and they offer two filtered water bottles with unlimited refill for all customers. The attention to the customer is excelent, Helen helped us from the very beginning by updating the weather forecast and arranging the transfers to the hotel, and gave us an extended explanation on the city and the visiting options we had available. Although we were a bit skeptical at the beginning, I reccomend signing up for the free tour they offer, the tour guide Bao did a great job and it was the perfect way to start our Hoi an visit with a bit of historical and geographical context.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I had a private room which was very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend doing both the cycling tour and the cooking tour. The hostel is about 3minutes walk from the edge of the old town and about 5-10 minutes walk from the river.
