I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

Absolutely amazing! Perfect location right in the Ancient Town. Beautiful interior. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great value. Overwhelmingly friendly staff! Sunny, Emma, Jenny and Spring's geniune friendly eagerness to assit refreshing. A very welcome informative chat to orientate oneself re Hoi An on arrival. Free cold water and a coffee/tea station a bonus. Best though is the sparkly clean rooms, fresh daily towel and filled to the brim bathroom amenities.
