Very nice ambience and friendly staff. Chloe at the reception was very helpful. She provided us with all the information about the tourist activities, shopping and tours at reasonable rates. I LOVED this hotel! The location was perfect, the staff were amazing, the pool is great and my room was MASSIVE ! I could not believe the size of the room and the big balcony ! The hotel is clean, it’s bright with a great reception area to sit in if necessary. Breakfast was good. Great selection for all tastes including plenty options for western travellers. All the staff were amazing. From the reception team the porters and housekeeping. All so friendly and so very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. I loved it !

The breakfast had a good spread, though it leaned more toward international options rather than traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Depending on your preferences, this could be a positive or a drawback. The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk to the main town area, making it fairly convenient. The staff were friendly and provided recommendations for places to visit, although the tailor shops they suggested were on the pricier side. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a gym, spa, and pool, but I didn’t get the chance to use them as I was out exploring most of the time. A nice perk is the free rental bicycles. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service and facilities.
