Very welcoming hotel with well trained staff. Room is clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast includes fresh tropical juice and fruits never get bored. 2 min walk to the central city of Hoi An where the Lang-tang Festival is held every night. Full of nice shops, restaurants and massage spa are located along the river. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Hoi An with my family next time.

This cozy little stay at Hoi An is run by a family. Its a straightforward basic stay with all amenities. The owner was very welcoming and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Its walkable from the city town center, attractions and night market. They offer bicycles on rent as well!

We booked for one night and ended up staying for four nights. We stayed on the 4th floor and really loved the room. It is modern with plenty of storage space and has a fridge and kettle. The aircon works well. The water pressure in the bathroom was great. It has a lovely balcony and because it is high up it felt very private. They house is just outside the old city so in a more quiet area yet just a few minutes walk to the old city. Restaurants close by. The bed was the best we had during our 2 months through South East Asia. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! SO comfortable compared to the usually hard beds you get everywhere. The family is absolutely wonderful. Warm, friendly, attentive and going out of their way to be helpful. They have bikes that one can use free of charge. When there were not any bikes left they borrowed their neighbours for us to use. They also gave me a bedlamp for reading when I asked for one. What I really liked was that they did not try to upsell us anything. (So many other places where we stayed did that and we found it very anyoying). The breakfast in the morning was nice. They made us feel very welcome as a gay couple and we really appreciate that. We can honestly say that it was one of our best accomodations during our 2 months of traveling in South East Asia! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and professional staff. Ideally situated at the beginning of Hoi An Ancient Town. The hotel, the rooms and the pool area are beautiful. It is a stylish hotel. Also the restauant is stylish and quite tasty.

Perfect location, super close to the night market and all the restaurant and bars. However, the street is quiet and local and you can directly escape the crowds. Susan and her family are super friendly and always very helpful, booked train tickets for us on a very short notice, so we could continue our trip. Thanks! The room is rather basic but it had all we needed and was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Free bicycle rent was also included.
