Excellent breakfast, hot & cold, providing both Asian & Western with an abundance of fresh fruit and salads. A few rooms have a luxurious slipper bath with plentiful hot water. I moved to one of these. A real WOW! When I started a cold, and the caring concierge gave me an infusion fresh ginger and honey - with a supply for the night! I stayed 6 nights - very happy with this choice.

The property was amazing. Trinh our host made us very welcome on our special occasion in Hoi An. The hotel is only open 4 weeks so everything is brand new and spotless. The rooms have everything you need and more. Trinh was really helpful recommending local places to eat and go as well as offering to organise any activities or day trips we wanted to do. The location is absolutely prime right beside the night market and minutes away from the ancient town. If we return to Vietnam, this is where we will stay again.

Awesome spot! They're brand newly opened so everything is fresh and shiny. You can see that very quickly it's going to be the "go-to" place in Hoi An. Great for solo travellers and perfect for backpackers. It's great value at $5 a night (UMM WITH A FREE BEER AND BREAKFAST?!) The food was great, too! The staff are really friendly and attentive. Plenty of entertainment too, pool table and foosball. A super short (and scenic) walk to where all the action happens in town too.

The room is super clean and the host family extremely helpfull. They easily made us feel at home. The location is perfect: only 1 street from the buzzling city center, and still very quit at night to get a good night sleep. Ps great wifi too.

This homestay is in the perfect location for enjoying Hoi An. The breakfast was tasty and the staff are friendly. The best part of our stay was our balcony. We stayed in the 4th floor room and enjoyed beers on the balcony every night, it was perfect.

Everything was great but what impressed me most was when I wanted to wipe something off the floor, only to find out it was a permanent stain (no issue) and my wet wipe was as if unused! I have never seen such clean floors in a hotel!
