Amazing location and the hotel staff provided excellent customer service. Within walking distance of everything in Hoi An. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of foods. The pool was very relaxing and the happy hour was great.

The property is very comfortable and located in the middle of the old town so you can easily walk anywhere. They provide complimentary bicycles to go to places where walking is not practical. The staff is amazing! They managed to get us an appointment with a dentist for a two hour root canal emergency treatment the day before lunar new year, which was a miracle as everything was closed. Breakfast was very good and enough to keep you going until lunch. Also the owners are great tailors! They made one of a kind shirts for each of us in their shop at a more than reasonable price. We will definitely return if we ever go back to Hoi An.
