The hotel is quite large but it does still have a cozy feel to it. It is very close to the old town. Free bikes available for going around the area. The pool is clean and large. Rooms very spacious. The staff is great and even arranged for flowers in our room on our daughter’s birthday.

We had an excellent stay at Hoianese Heritage Hotel! An welcomed us warmly, gave great tips on Hoi An, and helped us book a well-priced coconut boat tour with transport and water included. The hotel is beautiful and full of local history. Sunny was also an excellent receptionist and made check-out smooth. We’ll definitely be back!

Really beautiful house and room with very sweet owner. It's close to the old town (10min walk) which is perfect as you have everything nearby, but it is a little more quiet than in the old town itself. Would surely come back here :)

I really liked the sheets, it was so white and clean that I didn't want to get out of the bed. Very tidy place and a quiet location. There was a working fridge in the room. There was also a small swimming pool, which we didn't use, but it was nice to look at. Not to far from the center.

Nice place, friendly owner. They served me a memorable trip in Hoi An. The room is clean, mordern and soft bed ( it is so important for me), strong water, airy and the staffs are nice & friendly. I had an amazing vacation and business trip in Hoi An; everything seemed perfect. I will be back to Hoi An as soon as possible and continue staying here. I recommend staying at Maison Hai homestay and experiencing the comfort of home. Mr. Hai, the hotel owner, is extremely professional and kind in his service attitude.

It is in a great location less than 10minute walk from lots of food in the town. We enjoyed it here as it was quiet and away from the busy streets and nightlife. The room was very spacious and excellent value for money. The family was so lovely and answered any queries we had and we could also arrange a taxi to da Nang train station. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best stays we've ever had in ANY country (and we've traveled through most of Europe and Asia!). The room was spacious, with a private bathroom, a small fridge, air conditioner, and large comfortable beds. The owner was an incredibly nice and hospitable lady who helped us to book a tour to Marble Mountains + Mi Son, body massage as well as night bus tickets to another city for a low price, treated us to the cooked corn, recommended an excellent cheap vegetarian cafe nearby and many more! Incredible experience, we really felt at home here (and hopefully will get a chance to come here again!).
