The hotel and the rooms were beautifully decorated, everything was clean and they offer two filtered water bottles with unlimited refill for all customers. The attention to the customer is excelent, Helen helped us from the very beginning by updating the weather forecast and arranging the transfers to the hotel, and gave us an extended explanation on the city and the visiting options we had available. Although we were a bit skeptical at the beginning, I reccomend signing up for the free tour they offer, the tour guide Bao did a great job and it was the perfect way to start our Hoi an visit with a bit of historical and geographical context.

One of the best places we stayed in our trip in Vietnam. The room was wonderful and in an excellent condition. We really enjoyed our stay there. And our host made the trip there even better. She gave us suggestion for everything we needed (food, coffee, tailor) and whatever we wanted. Excellent services provided (transport to the airport and other destinations nearby). The place had even bicycles to explore the city and the surrounding villages. Would 100% recommend.

we felt very much at home here, and were looked after very well! Very friendly family run home stay. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon traveling around Vietnam and they were sweet enough to have a bunch of flowers to congratulate us, which was so nice. Very clean and extremely quiet place, so peaceful. We didn't use the pool while we were there because the weather was terrible but it looked nice and clean. If we visit Hoi An again we would definitely stay here, such friendly welcoming people.

Beautiful hotel with stylish design. The staff were very friendly and helped us organise the half-day trip to Cham Island. We were able to use the bikes for free to go visit the rice fields.
