This hotel was very centrally located in the old quarter of Hoi An. It ended up exceeding our expectations. We chose it because of the location and the gardens. However upon arrival, found that it was an incredibly beautiful building as well. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, in ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Lovely character hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Helen who welcomed us was attentive to what we needed. She assisted us to book tours. We were able to leave our luggage while waiting to book in and afterwards while waiting to get a late train.

We got a warm welcome from the owner and his wife. They gave as the room early in the morning so we can check in for a shower and a sleep. Later they helped us to find a tailor and to book a cooking lesson. Absolutly fantastic.

Beautiful design, furnishings, lamps from the owner, Titi, an interior decorator. Superb hospitality from the manager, Ms Chau, who went out of her way to serve us an extra-early breakfast before our flight.

location was great, close to the center of old town but on a quiet street which was super duper good, especially after a few nights of hanoi traffic!!! staff were very friendly, and we so appreciated the free filtered water machine so we weren’t constantly going through plastic water bottles!!!
