Travelled with a toddler and grandparent with mobility issues. Hotel was brilliant in service, could not have done more to help. The play room was small but excellent space for my son to run around, without taking away from the serenity of the main hotel. Reception helped book transport and gave advice. Lovely breakfast. Made the whole trip so easy. Would highly reccomended.

Kim Phu Villa is a family-owned hotel on a quiet street, owned and run by a lovely and very welcoming family. There are several local restaurants close by, and it's a short 15-minute walk to the centre of Hoi An Ancient Town. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great shower. We felt so welcome and comfortable there, we booked to return before we left.

In the Son Phong district of Hoi An, close to Hoi An Historic Museum, Quang Vinh Apartment and Hotel Hoi An features free bikes and a washing machine.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is cool and calming, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with all the basic amenities you might need. The location is fantastic – just a few minutes’ walk to the old town, which makes sightseeing incredibly convenient. What truly stood out, though, was the wonderful staff. They were not only kind and helpful but also engaged in such lovely and genuine conversations that made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and welcoming place to stay!

I really want to take the time to write a review about how amazing this stay was! I stayed for 3 nights and was sad to leave. Mr Hai and his wife are so friendly. For instance, I texted that I was going to arrive very early in the morning and he tried to manage if I could check in so early (even though official check in time would be 15:00). Also, he made sure my laundry was done (honestly, some clothes have never been cleaner, I need the tips of that laundromat company! ;-) ). Every day, they gave me free bottles of water and also he arranged a lovely tour and the taxi to the airport for me. Oh, I almost forget that as a guest you can lend the bicycle for free, i’d say the best way to explore Hoi an. In short, wonderful stay with wonderful people. If I ever come back to Hoi An, I will stay again with Mr and Mrs Hai.

Really clean place, you have both A/C and fan in the room and a large bathroom. The host was super kind and nice! She helped to get buses to come to Hoi An from Da Nang and also to get a bus from Hoi An to Hue to continue my trip in Vietnam. So if you need any help just ask her, she will fix it in no time.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All the member of the family were amazing and helpful, expecially the daughter who helped us with the translation. Free bikes available, so it was super easy to wonder around the city and to reach the beach. They can help with the booking of bus tickets, and with transfer to/from Danang for a reasonable price. Central position, close to the old town, and 10 min cycle to the beach. Clean and big room, with clean towels every day. Bed comfortable. Boiler available in the room + Aircon and fan. For such a cheap price, more than recommended.
