We really loved our stay here! Very nice and helpful staff, despite that they do not speak English, they are always there to help you, give us bottled water and stay hydrated! Room is basic but very clean, they clean the room daily and bring you fresh towels and water. Good value for the money, bed is confortable, AC works perfectly, very close to main turistic area.

This was the best accomadation I've ever stayed at in South east asia, cheap price for a 5 star room!!! They let me check in early and gave me a free room upgrade, my room was cleaned and fresh sheets everyday, absolutely amazing place it really is like a 5 star hotel for the price of a cheap one

The host was very friendly and helpful. Most of all the room at the guesthouse is pretty clean and the electronic works 24/7 you don’t need a card like hotels. Would definitely come back to stay here in the future if I’m back in Phu Quoc.

Happy bear is not just a hostel, It's home, stuff there are family, everyone is trying to help you with the max they can, even with a nice smile, very clean, i stayed there for few weeks and they change the sheets every 3 days, free Vietnamese tea, clean towels, ac 24/7, a nice view from the balcony, very spacious, a lot of sofa, affordable price, a billard, a discount for guests if they order from the bar/restaurant, and more... Thanks for everything, i hope to c u again.
