Small and peaceful resort right next to the beach. Probably the most beautiful beach in the area.  You can hear the sound of waves lapping from your room. The owners are very kind, friendly and responsive. Local market and convenience stores are within walking distance.
There are many options for vegetarian at the restaurant. I would definitely return to this place next time.

Comfy and clean resort with definitelly the best private beach in the neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rich breakfast with fresh fruits and juices. Very calm place! We extended our stay for 3 more days! Recommended!

The Employees at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay, an IHG Hotel make this hotel phenomenal!
All the staff go above and beyond to assist and accommodate, from valet to check-in to cleaning, were delightful and eager to help! A special thank you to DAT KYO a true professional, exceeding expectations, demonstrating outstanding customer service and included his team with a fun photo of Tony and me. Also, TOM the chef made a delicious spaghetti Bolognese's & carbonara. We will be back as the facilities and staff make this HOTEL. Thank you Ms Baldassarre and Tony :)

It was close to the beach and Grandworld , room was clean, breakfast was delicious , reception was very helpful had very good feedback’s. Hotel design was very minimalist and colorful in comparison to other hotels.
