Where to start? Everything!! This place is incredible. We had a two bedroom apartment for 5 nights and then a one bedroom for 1 night (because we had a flight cancellation). Both perfect. -the location is perfect - super safe (we were 2 girls) - breakfast is big with variety and great staff - the pool is not big but really nice to lounge around - the view from the top balconies is beautiful - the apartment are big and with everything you could need. - this place is really luxurious On a side note: BIG THANK YOU to both Ruby and Thandiswa. We couldn't make our flight so we ended up coming back. They were the sweetest. We felt a little bit lost and it felt like coming back to your aunties. They took our suitcases, brought us breakfast (and even remembered what we liked) even if it was too late and officially we had checked out. They took us to the pool and prepared our new room for an extra night for us. Honestly it couldn't have been better. Such incredible service. We felt safe and taken care of! The staff were amazing. My friend and I arrived with a flat tyre . Next morning the staff member drove with her to have it prepared. I love the breakfast idea. Fresh fruit available. Make your own eggs ect. No waste of food. Just friendless all the way

Excellent breakfast, coffee/tea and cake of the day available in the afternoon. Small bar with snacks. Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. We had 3 different rooms, the first one had trouble with light fixtures and charging devices. They gave us a new room which was perfect. We stayed 3 nights pre-tour and 1 night post tour. Both rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. There are a couple of restaurants very close and a Woolworth's. It's about a 12-15 min walk to the V & A Waterfront. If you want to explore the CBD (good walking tours and museums) you will need to use a taxi or uber. We walked into CBD (about 2 km) but I wouldn't recommend that from a safety standpoint. Better to take a taxi or uber.

A beautiful, well laid-out and decorated property. Our room was large, comfortable, quiet and well-furnished. The owners/managers were very accommodating to our requests to arrive early to leave our bags and also to extending our stay. The communal areas, both interior and exterior, were very inviting and well-furnished and maintained, with plenty of natural wood furniture and fittings. We tried to sit in different places over the three days we were there, in order to enjoy them all. The weather was just a bit too chilly to try the inviting-looking pool. Breakfast was served in these communal areas and consisted of a wide range of cereals, baked goods and cold options plus hot options cooked to order. Very tasty! The property is an easy 20 minute walk to the V&A, aquarium etc and also the Green Point bus stop for the Hop-on, hop off buses (red and blue routes plus Cape Point tour). There are a good number of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk, in a safe neighbourhood. Property security is fantastic, with a fob for both the front gate and front door plus key to our room and key code operated safe in our wardrobe. They also employ a security guard at night.
