I want to thank the reception for the welcome... simply professional and amazing, the receptionist named Muhammad Shahin received us in a courteous and professional manner, explained everything to us properly, answered all questions, explained to us about the city and answered all questions, even those not related to the hotel and accompanied and explained everything :) Well done to Muhammad Shahin and the hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family, and we will return to the hotel.

I really enjoyed my visit to the property. The host was very kind and generous and stayed awake for my arrival. The property was very spacious and relaxing. Al Ain is a very nice place and very family friendly. Even if you're traveling alone the area is very serene. The property exceeded my expectations! Thank you.
