A lovely place I surely won‘t forget! The host family is really friendly, likes to get to know their guests and offers everything that they produce locally around their place. After coming from Theth that day with completly wet clothes, the hosts dad even picked us up on the road before we could warm up around a fireplace with a bunch of nice people from all around the globe. Don‘t expect a high-class spa, but a really cozy place with all you need and a warm welcoming. PS: They might teach you an Albanian dance! Best regards & greetings to Elsa & her Family

Everything was great, way above expectations. Amazing view. Breakfast and dinner was great! The room had everything you could wish for. Everything seemed new, including everything in the bathroom. Nice warm shower! The surroundings made me think of a little mountain farm, but with great luxury. Perfect if you want to go hiking the next day.

The guesthouse is not only set in an idealic setting at the base of the mountain with spectacular scenery, but it is moments from the trail. The owners were extremely helpful and kind. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing, and as farm to table as you can get, down to the honey and cheese, made by the owner. I was in a room with three single beds. My room shared a modern, clean washroom with another bedroom upstairs. Staying at this guesthouse, meeting the owners and enjoying the meals has been a highlight of my trip to Albania. I wish I had stayed longer!

This place is simply amazing. Held by Albanian Christian family (only son speaks English but all family is so friendly and lovely that you can understand each other wothout words). The house stands on a river cliff directly facing the mountains, so breakfast and dinner always come with a beautiful view. All the food (traditional Albanian cuisine) is prepared by the hosts themselves, and it’s incredibly delicious. I recommend choosing a room with a balcony so you can enjoy the stunning view until evening. Just past the bridge, downstream, there are wild beaches where you can find a peaceful spot for swimming. We arrived here by car from Tirana Airport. The entire road was paved and especially scenic—we took the eastern route to Fierza, which is longer and goes through the mountains, but it’s very beautiful. For the return trip, we chose the ferry from the Fierza terminal to Koman (there are several ferries daily and local tour boats as well). A fantastic journey and even more fantastic and super friendly and big heart hosts. I 100% recommend this place to everybody who wants to see real Albania beauty!

Brakfast not great as there was only an egg which I can't eat for medical reasons but their bread, butter and jam was outstanding. It was a very nice venue but the nearest shop was about 2km with very little stock. The trailhead for Valdoma pass about 5km. The staff and children were wonderful

Cozy cute little huts on the property of a lovely local family. They serve a hearty breakfast in the morning, too, and make sure you can connect to their WiFi since there is no reception there. It's remote, in the midst of the fresh mountain nature, a perfect place for hikers to sleep since you're basically already on the trail out here. Thank you for your hospitality!
