The staff provided us two room alternatives and was really kind and knowledgeable. The hotel is owned by a family, and it is clear that they are skilled at what they do and like what they do. The hotel includes a self-serve beach bar with affordable rates on its own private beach. The views are so beautiful - the chalet is modern, warm & very comfortable. We spent hours just looking out over the panoramic windows in the chalet set in the mountain in the woods - it feels so peaceful. The children enjoyed the water activities. The boat to the main town takes five minutes. The owners went above & beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and help in any way they could.
