The staff was outstanding in every regard. Maria welcomed us on arrival and helped with absolutely everything! We felt like we were entering the home of a very good friend. Adam likewise was most welcoming and had set up our room as per our request. The location is great, right across the street from Staubach falls. Very nice buffet breakfast.

Hotel has a games room with pool table and soccer table and board games. A small library with books and big spacious lounge with free coffee, tea and mull wine. It's a good place to hang out at all these rooms when the weather was bad. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good experience
