I liked this studio in the mountains. A good location if you are going to Poas. The view is fabulous. This is a nice little studio for one or two people with a very comfortable bed, patio and small kitchen. The owners are easy to communicate with. Everything was very good.

This felt like a very special place. Everyone has their own cabin with fire place should you need to warm up. There’s a long walk you can do through the jungle from the hotel which was really nice. The staff were really helpful when it came to getting taxis around, but a lot easier here to have a car.

Our hosts (Alejandra, Ken and Daniel) were lovely, we felt extremely welcome and they helped us organize activities and excursions, and they gave us advice on car rentals before we arrived. In general, the level of hospitality was excellent and we felt very welcome and taken care of. The multi-course breakfast was large and delicious, with an amazing view and extremely attentive service. The gardens and the rest of the property were a masterpiece and we spent some time exploring and hanging out on a hammock next to the woods, which was very peaceful.

I loved the fact that’s it’s a resort but it’s in the nature and not crowded, like a boutique resort. Wonderful room, amazing view, nice environment and atmosphere. Good breakfast with a view. You can hike to waterfalls from the hotel, inside the resort ! And there is a little farm with animals, my child loved it. Not far away from the airport so that’s very convenient when we arrive/depart from San Jose and there are plenty of things to do around, including visiting the volcan Poas.

The property is amazing! It’s really beautiful and super clean! I like how spacious it was and that it’s pet friendly. The owner was easy to communicate with and the location was great! I would definitely come back again!

We were very happy to stay at this lovely small hotel with a beautiful garden and friendly hosts 🌸 The spacious, well-kept garden is wonderful, with funny rabbits freely hopping around🥰 Everything is very clean, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious.
