We got an upgrade of our room and ended up in a really nice family room with seaview. The facilities were amazing. Very nice decoration, huge comfortable bed, big shower. We loved the margaritas and our dinner there with an amazing view. One of the highlights was a coffee tasting with Hana and Alex from Boca Abierta - highly recommend since the Costa Rican coffee farms are not really accessible from this area! The hotel cat and dog were also super cute and friendly. It’s a family run business and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rooms are comfortable and bigger you have needed area for all you things and baggages. Beach is calm and the sea is not deep - it should be good for families with children. For us it was nice place for last day near the sea. In Esterillos we saw more than 30 parrots Ara :D ... We can recommend this place!Guest review byKamilaYoung couple
