We didn't get a single smile from any member of staff throughout our stay; we weren't allowed to use the pool until 5.15pm because there was a function on; and the restaurant said it wouldn't serve us until 8pm (fair enough) but then started handing out menus, setting places etc to a large group at about 7.40pm. The one plus point was that the food was nice. Would not recommend or stay here again: we really wished we had carried on through Sarria and stayed in Barbadelo 3.5km along the Way.Guest review byAnnYoung couple

The water is noisy! I loved it. Restaurants downstairs abuzz in the evening with locals and families. Owners offered a bag move service which went without a hitch, four euro per bag per move.
