The owner was extremely friendly and interesting and obviously was justifiably proud of his family home. Although not a big hotel, the rooms were large and full of fascinating objects which the family have collected over the years. Our delicious continental breakfast was served in a large salon upstairs. Our bedroom was spacious, with a large en suite. The room I had was big w high ceiling and old furniture (in good condition). Very cosy. What was new, was the big clean bathroom and WiFi (could be faster though). We received a warm welcome and the necessary info about the area with great sightseeing and bar recommendations. The room and bathroom are very spacious and nicely decorated. A/C worked wonders.
