incredible place- we felt like in some dream here! great view of a marvelous lake, super comfy room, great owner who recomanded us a great restaurant, very tasty brackfast… everything was just perfect!we traveled all around the scottland for 10 days every night different spot and this was definitely the best!

Everything was perfect. Lovely staff, lovely room, very clean - great shower. The breakfast was excellent 👌 No issues parking and it's free of charge. There's a coop and the village just down the road as well, where you can get anything you might need. The village is so pretty.

Great experience from start to finish. Duncan is an excellent host. Very friendly and genuine. Couldn’t do enough for myself and my friend who had travelled up from Livingston for the game in Dingwall. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and spacious. The full Scottish breakfast was 5 star. My wife, Karen, booked our rooms, but it was Graeme and I (Iain) that stayed. Thanks Duncan.
