This perfect bungalow was in the ideal location for us, walking distance to the beach, main shopping street and all our favourite places. The bonus was that our pups felt super comfortable playing in the enclosed garden. The bungalow was spotless, and the bed were super comfy.

Amazing location and a very comfortable place to stay. Very clean on the whole with lovely comfy beds and white fluffy towels. Since our last stay there is more crockery and cutlery which meant the dishwasher didn't have to go on every night so that was much appreciated. The owner is very accommodating if you need to contact her directly. We love Ryden Avenue and are already planning our 3rd visit.

The place was lovely and family friendly, staff was really helpful 100 percent recommended beds were comfortable and everything you need in the kitchen. Owners was real nice and polite.

We actually only stayed there for about 10 hours overnight but was lovely, clean, everything you would need for a proper weekend or weeks stay, beds were great but wish it had been a double in the main room.

We were very impressed with the Holiday Inn. The train station was across the road and you can take the hotel lift down to LG which brings you out at the tram station. The staff were very friendly and our room had a great view of the Tower. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly rcommend.

    Hosts couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. The welcome basket was a great touch. So many useful things provided too. Great location, only yards from the beach, shops, restaurants and tram stop. The kids loved having their own 'secret' attic bedroom . Would happily book again.

    Our second stay at Pendledene and it exceeded our expectations. The bungalow is situated in a quiet area of Thornton Cleveleys but all facilities are within walking distance. The property is well presented and we made great use of the paved patio to the rear ( we had the mini heat wave at the start of August 2024. The bungalow is suitable for all ages with TV's in both bedrooms (ideal for those with teenagers) We will certainly be staying again and thanks to Marie and Gordon for letting us share Pendledene

    Stunning panoramic sea view, which takes your breath away as you enter the apartment. Perfect for me and my two teenagers. Has everything you need. Large fridge, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer. Lovely bathroom. And of course the excellent balcony over looking the beach. Easy check in. Hosts Louise & Paul arranged early check-in on request. Have recommended to family and friends & will come back soon.
