It is self catering, the keys were in a lock box but easy to find and easy to open. The studio was spacious, spoke to the owner, he was very friendly and welcoming. Everything that we needed was provided... In fact, I did tell the owner that I was ready to buy it and move in. Absolutely brilliant, If you are looking for dog friendly, in a good location for walks, close to Lincoln and Grimsby, (for fish and chips), your not going to get much better. Large garden for the dog to run free... We had our own small garden to let the dog out in the evening and morning too.

This is one of the very best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Very quiet location. My room was excellent with a large double bed and nice view of the countryside. Breakfast was full English with choice of cereals and fresh fruit salad. Pam is a wonderful person who can't do enough to please her guests. I can highly recommend this B&B.

Once in a while you stumble upon a gem like this. It is an old characteristic buidling in the middle of Brigg. Extremely well maintained and decorated tastefully. The overall attention to detail is carried on to the service aswell. Jeff and Sue were very friendly and I felt everything was possible. I have therefore hardly anything to complain about. If there was something I was unhappy with, it would have been resolved anyways. I just booked the double room. High ceilings, beautifull antique furniture, spotless bathroom and the bed was very comfy and soft. I stayed alone and for one day, but I believe this is perfect for an familie or for a couple, especially to stay multiple days. Whenever I am in the area, I will most defenitely book again. This beautiful establishement is a credit to its owners. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated as was the whole establishment. It is located in a quiet country lane. The restuarant was open for dinner and we dined there, service and the meal were exeptional for both dinner and breakfast.

We liked everything about the place. It was our 49th anniversary we picked this for a quiet romantic break. The cottage is small but is comfortable, very well thought out and has everything you need. We liked the old world charm, the quiet location, the welcome pack and easy access to local town. Hosts were great, very friendly and helpful.

Great location for exploring Lincolnshire. Near to Market Rasen for shopping and cafes/restaurants. Plenty of room for parking for two cars, and host able to offer space in secure garage for our bikes. Very comfortable for four adults.
