Everything was wonderful. The apartment is new, clean, and stylish. There’s a beautiful view of the pool. It's huge, well-kept complex with many bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

- I asked to check in early - the owner allowed it, which is great. - It's easy to find, because there is a mark of this place on Google maps. - There is a cozy courtyard in the closed area (in addition to my room, there were doors of another one - I shared the courtyard with these tenants). I was able to dry my wet clothes there and have breakfast (my own food). - The Internet works throughout the entire territory and even outside the gates. - The house has everything you need and nothing unnecessary. - The air conditioner is located very rationally. - The center of Chakvi is within walking distance, where you can buy everything you need. - Amazing towels for the bathroom.

My time at this modern and stylish place was really enjoyable. The house is well-designed, paying attention to small details like having two sockets on each side of the bed. What made it special was Irina's delicious homemade meals, adding a lovely touch to my stay. Plus, I liked joining Andrei's guided tours, which made exploring nearby spots like Mtirala National Park and Batumi easy and fun.

We were the first guests to stay for 1 night during our short trip to Batumi for friend’s wedding. We were looking for a peaceful gateway in green mountains after a hot Dubai summer. There were no reviews available as the villas just went out for rent a few months ago, so we were a bit worried but decided to give it a try anyway.  And we got a very pleasant experience we were looking for. There are two houses on the top of the hill with great views overlooking the sea and surrounded by mandarin trees. Very nice place to unwind and de-stress.   Villas are fully equipped for short and long-term stay, there is a parking lot and bbq pit in each villa. The host and his family were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. We didn't bring much provision with us as we stayed for only one night, but the host shared tea and honey with us and we had a nice tea break on the porch in the evening. A note for travellers: the place is located a bit remotely from the main road, so it is better to make sure you bring provision with you as there is no place for quick grocery shopping around. Also, do check the route carefully if you are driving there as the place is a bit off track and google does not show proper routes. We got lost on the way, but the host picked us up on the main road and guided up to the hill.

Very unique simple but fine cottage with a great view to the black sea. Amiran, our host and friend was really great. We really enjoyed every day. The house is not far from Batumi, reachable by car or railway. Amiran, we really enjoyed the time at your place, my friend. 🙂
