Every part of the stay was fabulous. The room I stayed in was really nice, renovated, with good furniture and beautiful design. Cleanliness is top, every inch of the house is super clean. And you get much more than you pay for. The hosts are amazing, especially, the lady I had the most communication with- Mrs. Nazi, who is very kind, sweet and caring person. She was always ready to help and asked herself if she could help me in any way. It was really pleasant to communicate with her. So the house has this very family-like, pleasant vibe. I'm very content and would advise other travelers to stay here or locals from Tbilisi, who want to relax for several days.

A view of Kur river and Narikala fortress opens from the window. From the hotel you can walk to all the sights of the city. The morning breakfast is of high quality. The furnishings of the rooms are very high quality and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.

Perfect Location. 1 min from the famous Clock Tower, 5 min walk to old town center, 6 mins walk to Freedom Square. Hop on, Hop off bus stop is right in front of the Hotel. Perfect Breakfast & staff was super friendly. Gvantsa Sadradze, front desk manager is an exceptional lady. Rooms were super clean & hotel is small but beautiful. wish they open their rooftop soon.
