Just as other guests mentioned, the accomodation is an experience in itself, as it's a real old traditional stone house, adapted to offer comfort like AC, running hot and cold water. Nothing fancy but clean and welcoming. We didn't miss anyhting and appreciate all the efforts put in. The terrace is a nice place to start and end the day. Costas, our host, couldn't be more welcoming, he prepared and printed for us information about the Mani history and places to visit, as well as the hostory of the house built by his ancestors. He's there for anything his guests may need or ask. One thing to know is that a car is required, and also the nearest eating out options are in Gerolimenas, a few kilometers away. There is a grocery store in town.

The place was just great, quiet and spacious. The host, Mr Dimos was very friendly and he gave us an extra heater for our comfort. A bottle of wine was there on our arrival and fresh oranges and candies, among the rest.

This house is heaven, spectacular views 360° , fully equipped, even to stay for few days without going anywhere. Just one suggestion maybe needing a washing machine and a bbq area. But it's amazing, 12 minutes to centre of areopoli and close to a wonderful pebble beach

This place is a little piece of heaven. It would be hard to find anywhere with a view like the one from the balcony, the turquoise bay and mountainous coast behind, with the peaceful sound of the waves pervading the apartment. This was the best part of our holiday, with the beach so close and the quiet of the village - hardly any noise from the road. The apartment was spotless and even in such a tiny kitchen space we were able to cook a variety of simple dishes with the appliances and cookware supplied. There is only one taverna in the village and the small supermarket is pretty basic, because the village is so un-touristy, but that is part of its charm. I suggest stocking up before you arrive. The host, Sotiris, offered us a share of his breakfast pancakes and fresh lemons and tomatoes from his garden. We also benefited from the attentions of an extremely affectionate and charming cat!
