This place was amazing to stay. The location was perfect with a private beach. Really quiet and only 5 minutes drive to kokkari. The beds were really big and the beakfast was great. The host was also very kind. Didn't bother to make an ice coffee or something else. A few days it was really windy and at kokkari you would be blown away at the beach, but not at Avlakia! Also the airco and the outside shower were very nice.

The place is incredible, i’ve never seen someone available that much when i needed help or when i had questions to find restaurants or nice spots. My stay was perfect, cats are adorables, the bed is great and the balcony adds all the charm this house needed !

First of all and most important, Eva and Aristotelis are very nice, hospitable people. They make you feel welcome. Easy communication and they are willing to answer any questions. They gave lots of tips where to eat and what to do on Samos. The apartment is cosy and complete. I personally always like when there is a separate bedroom and this apartment has it. It is 15 min away from the coast and that's fine. It's nice and quiet. So, if you are looking for a nice apartment, quiet and well situated, I would strongly recommend Eva's apartment. O, and free and secure parking.

Location was amazing, opposite the long beach in Kokkari, with restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket all within 2 minutes walk. The host Maria is a very beautiful Greek lady, warm, welcoming, very kind and hospitable.Superb view from our balcony of the sea, mountains and local street. We will be back as soon as we can arrange flights! The room was spotlessly clean, and we had new towels and bed linen nearly everyday. We loved it! xxxxx
