The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you might need. The location was superb, a great base for exploring beautiful West Cork. We went sea swimming every day and we were delighted that there was a space to rinse our gear and a covered washing line outside for drying in all weather. Also, Kara, our host, left us flowers, a bottle of wine and some chocolates on arrival, thank you so much for this unexpected surprise!

This was one of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. The location is simply perfect for anyone looking for peace, relaxation, and breathtaking scenery. Far from city noise, it’s an ideal place to rest, recharge, and enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, including magical sunrises and sunsets right from the property. The hosts were beyond wonderful — incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and caring. Their warm hospitality touched our hearts, and it was clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort and experience. The beds were extremely comfortable, with top-quality bedding, and every detail in the house was perfectly thought out and well-organized. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which was a lovely touch in the morning. Our host Majella was great to us. We biked the whole day and were hungry. We wanted to go out for dinner in the nearest pub but it was closed. Majella gave us a pizza to share. And about the appartement? A great place to stay there for at least a week!
