Excellent stay! We were the only guests due to the bad climate. The entire house was ours providing privacy and a cozy, big room. The river view was amazing, though the bad weather limited outdoor enjoyment. The homely food from the ladies' kitchen was yummy and added to the comfort. A kettle with coffee/tea sachets was a nice touch, making our stay more pleasant. Despite the rain, it seemed like the place had a lot to offer! We will be back after the rains to enjoy the river.

The best place to have relaxing days. The property manager Arun was extremely kind and happy to provide whatever we needed. He also showed us the nature around, and did a 1h trekking to watch sunrise from the mountain. I loved the fresh watermelon juices, and drinking them in the pool. I would totally come back :D!!!

An absolute gem. The homestay nestles beautifully in the hills near Munnar, with a gorgeous garden and the nicest hosts you could wish for. Food is homemade and delicious and the owners helped me with any queries I had, like organising tours and drivers and overall making sure I had a pleasant stay; which I did.

The WiFi was as good as the best anywhere in India - absolutely brilliant and so useful for me. The food was very good and the location is superb barely 400 metres from the Ticket Office to the Bird Sanctuary. The staff help to contact guides and transport to get to hides and other areas for Birding and generally Basil will help with anything you need. Absolutely brilliant place to stay for Birders.
