Hotel was of a high standard and well run and included direct interaction with senior management which we liked. The GM Mr Dheerendra Kumar was exceptional and spend much time assisting and guiding us on all our non-hotel related matters. Ambica has a very nice location and entrance. Beds were clean and comfortable. Big pillows and AC and fan. Floors were clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very hospitable. Beautiful garden for fresh air compared to road pollution. Lots of bottled water and drink selection. Towels on request. Spacious room 202. Helpful and friendly staff. Treating like a home for yatris.
