Breakfast was super, fresh local meal, wide variety of choises and briliant lady who serves all guests with hot drinks. Very quite, comfortable atmosphere of italian resourt place. I want to repeat it again.

Charming and delightful B&B/hotel in an unusual and great location. The breakfast were lovely and all of the staff and owners were attentive and helpful.

Everything!it's is in a beautiful location. It was an excellent stay, a very helpful, and friendly lady. She was so understanding even though we checked in late. She gave us special beds and bowls for our dogs. There is so much attention to detail !! incredible value for money and a great breakfast. Would 100% recommend

We love loved the location, it was lovely to stay within the old town. All the thoughtful touches within the suite - the thick curtains to block out dawn so you could sleep in comfortably. The air con was on chilling the room beautifully as we arrived from a hot day of travelling. Breakfast thoughtful inclusions for all tastes.

Beautiful place in a lovely little town, good sized kitchen, very comfortable beds and pillows and amazing wine at a reasonable price from the host family's vineyard. We were able to keep our bikes in the basement and to check in early when it was raining - would highly recommend!

Great communication with Gemma through WhatsApp throughout the stay. Driving through the entrance of the city wall may seem daunting at first but it is doable. Free parking is available in December and is right outside the walls and a short walk to the apartment. A short drive to the spot for sunrise photography. Was introduced by Gemma to Italian coffee making by a moka pot. If you are interested to buy a moka pot, there is specialty shop at Siena that sells all kinds of moka pot by Bialetti at similar price to the supermarket at d'Orcia.

Very nice (!!) owners, they welcomed us with open arms and were super kind (they even asked what kind of pillow we preferred 🤩). The room was beautiful, very well equipped and decorated, more than enough for a short or a long stay, super clean…amazing breakfast, a lot of variation from salty to sweet options (the owners were actually asking about dietary restrictions beforehand). You have a private parking spot (safe and super practical because parking in Pienza can be a challenge) and you’re in the centre in less than 5 minutes by foot. But most of all, the owners were so nice, super responsive and even prepared a little doggybag for our long trip home. So we would 10000% recommend this place without any restrictions!!!
