The room was clean, big enough for the 3 of us, quiet & the staff were friendly, helpful & professional. The breakfast is extra charge. You can have a sweet or savoury breakfast which costs 2€ more than sweet however in my opinion not worth the extra 2€. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and we had a great time. It's only a shame that this isn't part of a chain, as I would use them without any hesitation again.
