3rd attempt as it keeps going blank. When you get older, you wish to retire to a nice seaside spot. That is how I can describe this place. Friendly people and more coffee shops you can poke a stick at. You have a main road from the station that is the heart of the town right to the seafront, which is a very pleasant walk. There is a self-service laundrette that sits in the rear of the petrol station, and you will need soap and instructions are in English. There is a supermarket that the accommodation is on top of, very handy to buy soap. The apartment is so nice with shutters and double glazing, so you don't get woken too early by traffic of which there is minimum and the sun. 30 secs walk from the seafront. Across the road, some fruit and veg stalls operate and Saturdays a large market. The room was superb, spotlessly clean, and a good supply of cake and biscuits with a coffee machine. There are only 3 rooms, so there is nothing much in the way of disturbance. This has to be the nicest place I have stayed.

Located both centrally and close to the beach. There is a carrefour right next to the market. Clean location, very comfortable mattress, nice entrance yard and the cats there as well :) Check in accessible via pin code. The window only in the bathroom, it was visible from the posted images but I didn't notice it, personally it didn't bother us

The hotel is wonderful - placed like 2 minutes from the beach with marvelous black sand❤️ Huge numbers of Italian restaurants and bars, great private and public beaches nearby. Really great localization in calm city with many of cats (that was one of my favorite part of stay🙂) and most beautiful sea. The object ensure beach chairs and outdoor shower to your use after day on the beach. Hotel inside is great equipped, very lovely decorated, I loved many plants at the corridor. The view from the room is breathtaking, especially during the sunset! You can see the whole beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea from there and sometimes, if you have luck - a few cat fellows on the roof and in the garden🙂 Everything was wonderful, great, delicious Italian breakfast, perfect coffee, comfortable room, big bed and very clean and charming bathroom. But the most wonderful were the owners - Alessandra and Antonio are so warm and friendly people! They were very helpful, gave us advices about trip to Rome (which you can reach from Ladispoli in 30 min by train by the way), about greatest pizza nearby and many others. Thank you very much for your care and kindness during our stay! We hope we will be back there after some time and can meet again 🙂

Quite location. Well maintained clean accommodation and surrounds/garden. Friendly, helpful staff. Onsite parking with security gates. Several common areas to sit and relax as well as shaded outside areas One common area had a communal fridge which we found useful.
