The vacation at the agriturismo was the dream and I realized how unique this place is the more people I told about it who immediately got jealous of my vacation :) The location is so peaceful and you can stroll around a huge area with olive, apple, peach and much more trees which lets you calm down deeply. On top of that, you can have the chance to join some activities with Viviana and dive fully into the farm life. We had an excellent and authentic dinner with her, where she cooked the best ragout we have ever tried. Retrospectively, we should have done that always as it is better than going to restaurants and probably also cheaper! So try it out :) Last but not least, the breakfast is a bomb. Not only for your belly, but also for your heart. Viviana prepared something different everyday and even asked us if we prefered something salty or sweet in the beginning of our stay. Finally, the cappuccino still accompanies me in my sweetest dreams... We are just super greatful of this experience, and I am sure both of us will remember this experience still in 20 years or so, as it was full of love and happiness. If you look for something authentic coupled with a lovely host, then this is your place to go.

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Our host was an elderly couple, they only spoke Italian but we understood each other perfectly, he also used google translate when needed. I made the booking about an hour before arrival, they had everything ready, and clean when we got there. The owners made the breakfast for the requested time in the morning, everything was beautiful! Upstairs is a nicely decorated apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen fully equipped and a livingroom. There is a big supermarket about 800 meters away.

Surrounded by vineyards, Le Sodole is located on the Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence. This small family resort offers beautiful views, and unique self-catering accommodation in rustic style.

Large apartment with very good amenities, sheets and towels very clean, free car park just by the flat, nice terrace. Very good for a quick sleep over before the flight from Pisa airport. Good pizza place just round the corner until 3 AM and Lidl shop 900m away.

The apartment is spacious and modern, and everything was clean. Parking is directly in front of the house, and the owner lives above and is very attentive and helpful - once we hung our clothes over the garden railing, and in a few hours, she brought a drying rack to the apartment. Although she does not speak English at all, it worked well with a translator on a phone. The location is nice in a calm small village, but just a few minutes drive from shops, nice restaurants, and about 30 min to Pisa. Overall, it was a really nice stay and I think it will be even better once it gets more established, as we were one of the first customers.
