I travel a lot through Booking, but I have never experienced such a friendly host (well done Paola). The accommodation is bigger than expected, everything is clean (we have never received this many towels), the bathroom is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. WOW!!! The kitchen is equipped as if you were at home, books to read...nothing is missing. And once more: Well done Paola!!! ps: I am attaching a photo so you can see what welcome us in the kitchen (for just one night's accommodation)

We ran very late to the place but nothing was a problem, everything was set for us and accomodation is very nice and clean.

Perfect spot to get in Venezia... Hotel is quiet, restaurant is good, staff (owners) are just great ! just 3km away from train station where is every hour transport to Venezia direct into historic center. Which is more than great (no stress with parking etc.) This accomodation can i only HIGH recommend ! Allways prefer family business in towns...

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Everything was very nice and comfortable—much nicer than in the pictures and far beyond what we expected. The hosts were very discreet, almost unnoticeable. We had the entire house at our disposal. The house is spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast felt like we were at home, with an incredible sense of peace and quiet everywhere. Highly recommended.
