The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. Not too big, but perfect for two people. The check-in process was smooth and practical. The mini fridge and small meal area were really useful. It’s not in the center of Milan, but very close to the metro station, making it super easy to get there. Great stay overall, highly recommend!

Pedro, the host was lovely. He made sure we had a lovely stay. Brought us fresh breakfast, delicious croissants, fresh juice and coffee in the morning. We could reach him at any time. He was happy to organise a late check out for us and took care of our luggage while we were exploring the city.

My mum and I had the most amazing stay here! The location is incredible, just a few steps from the Duomo but in a peaceful street with easy access to the metro. The apartment has everything you could wish for, they've really thought of everything, from clothes washing facilities to catering for a family. The staff were exceptional, especially Daniele! They were so kind and were in contact before our visit to give clear instructions for our arrival and checked in with us daily to offer any help or guidance (including a great lunch recommendation). Daniele particularly went above and beyond. It's really the best customer service we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!
