One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in Japan. The room is spacious, super clean and modern. Breakfast is excellent and has a wide range of Japanese and Western food. The hotel's location is very conveniently located. Shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants, train station are all located within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we revisit Kanazawa in the future.

Very good location. Staff were welcoming and kind. Good washing machine/ dryer in the room. Shoe dryer was so helpful on the rainy day.

Gorgeous room/apartment with everything we needed. Lovely team working there too. We wished we had have booked to stay longer in Kanazawa, what a gem of a city.

The beds were super comfy, and instructions were easy to follow for getting the bus, using the washing machine. Easy walk to some of the gardens. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Love love this place. Would like a bedside lamp as the lights were super bright!😂
