A new resort, in a central location. The room was very quiet, considering it's near the main road. Host is super kind. There is a motorbike parking area, free water and tea, lounge to rest, and the balconies are awesome.

This apartment made a huge impression on us and exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The beautiful lake view from the balcony, the delicious restaurant, and the perfect pool were all highlights. Surrounded by peace, quiet, and stunning nature, it’s an ideal getaway. I stayed only one night, but I wish I found this place little earlier and was able to book this for one or two weeks, because I think it is great spot for long stays. The shared kitchen was also clean and great because I could cook myselfs.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! The accommodation was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom was perfectly clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the location was ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area.     Bodhi and his family are amazing hosts! The garden is beautiful and overall such a pretty guesthouse. Relaxing in hammock and watching the beautiful garden is so much fun. Bodhi also takes you snorkeling and he really knows his way around! Believe him if he tells you that it’s suitable for all ages. Highly recommended! Thanks for the stay! :)

    Wonderful apartment with great ACs in the bedrooms, a working TV in the living room, but the nicest part is really the rooftop with so many plants and a kitchen up there to just unwind at the end of a beach day. It is walkable to the beach, just across the road, and many shops and food outlets nearby. We walked to Turtle beach just fine with our two small children, and a TukTuk was also available when it rained, easy to catch from the main road. Safe place, no issues during our stay.

    We are a family of four and loved our stay here. Bandulas is exactly as advertised: Simple, great location close to the beach, air-conditioned rooms, great curry and exceptionally friendly staff - from Sampath to the chef to all the other guys who played Carrom with the kids and made our stay very relaxing. We will be back!

    Great place, very friendly and enthusiastic family. Dylan knows a lot about the surrounding area and his parents are there to help out when he´s away. There is a train track behind the house (which is true for almost all accommodations in Hikkaduwa) and although you can hear the train pass, it didn't disturb me or my toddler.

    The hotel was lovely. Perfect for our family with the pool and directly on the beach. The decor was stylish. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The family room had 2 big beds so our 3 children could share.

    The rooms are very big, clean and cosy. The bed was perfect and shower excellent. The owner and his family are so kind and nice and they make perfect breakfast. And only 100 metres to the beach. We recommend this to all people, families ,couples or singles. And we will come again. 10 point to Villa Marina!

    The villa fully corresponds to the description and photo. The owners are wonderful people. You have a huge area with all the amenities at your disposal. Ideal for a family with children, near is a beach with a reef and fishes, for about a 3 minutes from villa. There are a lot of fruit shops around, a fish shop is a little further. I can recommend this for all: 2 big bedroom, big hall, kitchen in the roof with all dishes. A small minus - some noize from road, but we were with Earplugs.

    We are a big family with 3 kids. We loved the kitchen, it was great, fully equipped. Helped a lot to organize mornings and evenings with the kids. Quiet location, good walking distance to the turtle beach. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. Overall the best and cleanest place during our full month of backpacking in Sri Lanka.
