Asiri and all the team were very welcoming. They brought us wet towels and juices when we arrived. The rooms are amazing (super comfortable bed, nice bathroom, hot water, A/C working perfectly) and the pool area is also great. A small paradise not too far from Negombo center (a tuktuk ride away), but that proportioned us the best conditions to relax after such a long flight. The dinner was okay. Breakfast was very good. Thank you! I super recommend staying here.

It's a great place to start or end your stay in beautiful Sri Lanka. Only 30 minutes away from the busy airport, you arrive through a beautiful alley of mangrove trees to be greeted by the great team of Ging Oya. Imasha, Romesh, Nilantha and all the other staff make you feel right at home. The food is freshly prepared and tastes great. The pool is clean, large and a nice way to cool down. If you like nature and some quiet time, you should definitely plan to stay at Ging Oya. I know, I will again next time!

location is perfect, very close to the airport. The staffs were amazing! special shout out to Lahiru for taking such great care of us. And also Upul, Yasith, Pradeep and Kumara. You guys made sure everything was smooth for us. And on the last day, you even packed us breakfast so we could eat at the airport, so thoughtful!

The host is a wonderful and very very helpful person. She also has a big heart and made us feel very welcomed and like being at home. She was up waiting for us till 3am to ensure we got to the hotel all good. She arranged an airport pickup at the very last minute, and kept in touch till we got the taxi. She also gavel us very essential and useful tips on anything we asked. Had it not been for her, we might not be having this wonderful experience in this beautiful country. Please stay a night here, ask about all the ins and outs from a local and have a fantastic experience; meet the locals from day one and not people who are going to ruin your experience.

The place is spruced up near and tidy, amenities were of hotel standards, and there is lots of space in the villa, indoors and outdoors. What sets it apart is the service. Do check out the fish therapy tank at the back of the villa for some relaxing therapeutic time with fishes nibbling at your feet. Due to the small number of rooms, we get personalized treatment. The chief butler, Nishanta, picked us from the airport and always provided on-the-dot service. The head chef, Fernando, who previously cooked in the UK whipped excellent Sri Lankan and international dishes. The Sri Lankan breakfast was really really hearty- well done! Lastly, Kesavan the housekeeper always giving his sincere toothy smile is always around just to make our day at Regal more comfortable and enjoyable.
