I got to join them in daily tasks like gathering leaves for their animals, cooking yummy local food, and even making homemade yogurt. It felt more like a fun day out with friends, rather than work. The homestay organized fun trips to a nearby waterfall and river, as well as tours around the village. We also had lots of fun engaging with the kids of the village. What I loved most about the homestay is the family that runs it. They are so warm and welcoming, it feels like you've known them for ages. Their three-bedroom house is comfy and cozy. Barang Village Homestays is a lovely place to take a break and experience the simple beauty of everyday life. I'm so grateful for the time I spent there and the wonderful memories I made. What a gem! The room was so comfy, and the greenery outside was just breathtaking. Great value for such a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Stunning view from my balcony room. Although garden and surrending area looks unorganized rooms are very comfortable, wooden covered walls and floors. Room has big windows facing the picture perfect mountains. Wifi is a bit slow, I had the best sleep. Restaurant menu has many choices . Breakfast was a la carte and adequate. This hotel is in a secluded area perfect for short stayings.

Very special location in the jungle. The te ya we’re really great and comfortable, the staff made us feel like at home, and the food we las really delicious.
