Krishna and Shanta are way more than the best hosts you can imagine. They are our friends now. We did the Mardi Himal trek with Krishna and then stayed at their place for a couple more nights. Overall it was one of this experiences that makes you really understand and appreciate travelling to a country. Can't recommend it enough.

PARADISE! The place is in a quiet and peaceful area with so much to see around, the food was delicious made from their own garden and the owners were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet village place.

I had an amazing one-night stay at Temple Himalaya Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, with stunning views. The rooms are spacious, and beautifully designed, ensuring a relaxing stay. A good place to stay after finishing my trekking. The location was perfect, a quiet side street and very close to the city center. The quietness at night helped me sleep really well. Also really enjoyed the hot shower and comfortable beds. The owner was helpful in getting me bus tickets to Pokhara and a taxi to the bus station.

Santoshi Guest House is the BEST place you could ever stay in Pokhara. It is amazingly well located, impeccably clean, well maintained, quiet day and night, well equipped, and safe at all times. You will soon discover that the owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people you'll ever meet, making you feel right at home. You will also have many opportunities to meet new people, as the owner will suggest various activities and be there to assist you. It is both a comfortable place and a social hub. I am very happy and grateful to have spent more than a month in this amazing guest house. I look forward to returning, as it now feels like my second home :)

The owner of the hotel is extremely nice and helpful. He even organized a guide for us – the nicest guide we have ever had – and at a very fair price. We were also able to do our laundry at the hotel, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here! It’s the best place we have stayed at in Nepal so far!
