Everything was perfectly perfect. The staff is so very kind and helpful, they really want you to have a lovely stay not only at their place but also in Pokhara. High quality service and lovely people. Moreover, the rooms are very nice and clean. To conclude, the location is perfect, right in the center, but in a calm street. Highly recommend!!!

A 5 star experience in Pokhara, where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. From the welcome drink + refreshing towel to the personal greeting from the manager to the free shuttle service to Lakeside or the airport, the hotel provides a long list of personal touches that really make it stand out. My stay at Hotel Pristina Himalaya in Sarangkot, Pokhara became one of the most unforgettable treasures of my journey. The kindness and warmth of the staff and the owner touched my heart deeply — it truly felt like being embraced by family. Even though there is nothing flashy around, what I found here is something far more precious: genuine hospitality. The breathtaking view of the Himalayas, especially after the rain when the mountains shone in all their glory, was remarkable. Yet what moved me even more was the sincere care and smiles of the people here. When I return, I look forward not only to the stunning scenery but also to enjoying the delicious chicken curry rice again. The time I spent here was not just a part of my travels — it became a memory that will remain in my heart forever.
