The manager at reception is really good, he waited for me and my friend till late night as our filthy delayed for nearly 3 hours. All the staff at reception are all really good so you can surely feel their hospitality.

The hospitality of the entire staff is great. They were very welcoming and helped with any queries, like nearby market, taxi bookings, mailing postcards or even when I shamelessly asked for free cups of their delicious masala chai. I was reluctant at first when reviews mention it, but their breakfast food is indeed very delicious especially the poori bhaji.

Such friendly and helpful hotel staff! They helped me check and call my tourist bus to make sure I had the right location and when they found out I was leaving early, the opened the breakfast dining room an hour early to make me something to eat. Also hot showers!! Which I was told is rare in Nepal so HUGE win for that especially in Autumn.

Outset, the ambiance was excellent, because of all the decorations and stuff. The rooms and food were as we expected it would be. Best part was the staffs and hospitality we received for which we created the best memories during our stay. In my next visit to nepal, no doubt we will book tibet boutique hotel again.
