the location was in the middle of the Nizwa Alaqur area, easily reached by foot. The CEO was always welcoming, ready to help in suggestions, and provided us with constant water, coffee, dates, and tea. He even provided us with a small gift after checking out. Staff were very friendly and nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back.

Absolutely stunning view over the canyon. Really different type of accomodation. Excellent starting point for hiking. The food was great, very friendly staff that waited for our arrival in the evening as the trip through the mountains did take longer. Clean rooms with all amenities needed. Be sure you have a good all wheel car if you drive up on your own.

    The location truly adds to the overall experience of visiting this stunning city! The host was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make the most out of our trip by giving us great recommendations for places to visit and dine. This place is perfect for families, as the kids had a blast too. The pool was a wonderful addition and having a supermarket right across the street was convenient for any last-minute food items we needed. Plus, finding parking was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

The fort and the Souq are both a stone’s throw away which makes it a great location for family stays with young children. The owner was kind and helpful.     Amazing antiques inside the building, lots of decoration and comfy salons. No breakfast but there is a full equipped kitchen to prepare whatever you like. Garden is wonderful, nice pool, water temperature is as comfortable as it should be, chaises lounge and overhead shades. good place for kids and families.

    Everything: the spacious rooms, the tasty food, the cleanliness, the facilities, the games area,the breakfasts. My child could sleep on the sofa bed. We enjoyed the veranda facing the pool, the view of the mountains, the kids' park, and the caring staff, including kind and attentive service from everyone. Rooms were cleaned daily. Everything seems brand new and extremely clean!
