Diego, Phol, Carolina and all the front desk team at this resort are ALL AMAZING and very professional and the dining staff and hosekeeping were great as well.. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic place to base a stay in Lima. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, excellent breakfast, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. We plan to book here again next time we are in Lima!

The hotel and rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom had all the amenities required, including small bottle shampoos and body lotion. The staff were friendly and were willing to help out with group requests. Carmen, who I spoke to on the reservation team, as well as the hotel staff went above and beyond to help facilitate pre-payment and ensure different parties of our group could check in immediately. The breakfast spread was incredible, the food was very fresh and delicious, and you can also request for an omelette with various ingredients with the kitchen. If you have an early start to the day, you can also request a breakfast to-go.
